Natalia Sokolova
CEO and Co-Founder
Natalia Sokolova is an entrepreneur, investor, philanthropist, and co-founder of SGG World, parent company of Verda Family Office (SFO), and President & COO of Cytta Corp. She leads global investment strategies connecting family offices, institutional capital, and technology ventures.
A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Maryland in Finance and International Business, Natalia overcame a life-threatening accident at 17 and went on to an international modeling career with Elite and Wilhelmina. She began at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, then became Managing Director at United Licensing Group (ULG), where she helped scale Playboy’s licensing revenues from near zero to $20M. She founded and sold iGeyser in a seven-figure exit, served as Head of Marketing at Bidz.com, and VP of Business Development at Bill Blass Jeans.
Natalia has advised companies in blockchain, video streaming, compression, DeFi/Crypto, and natural resources, including as VP IR for Comstock (LODE) and Colt Resources. She has consulted for The Beverly House Group® and the ROK Group of Companies (John Paul DeJoria), supporting NYSE(AMEX), TSX, LSE, and OTC-listed firms.

Gary Campbell is a veteran capital markets and technology entrepreneur, currently serving as CEO of Cytta Corp, President of Verisage Partners, and Partner at Verda Family Office. A summa cum laude graduate of The University of British Columbia, he holds both a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), with specialization in banking, corporate finance, securities, and capital markets.
Over his decades-long career, Gary has held leadership roles across multiple sectors, including as Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Unified Financial Inc.; CEO and Chairman of Rocketinfo Inc. and Screenphone Inc.; President and Chairman of Cancall Cellular International and Telemac Cellular Corp.; VP and Counsel at International Verifact Inc.; and Senior Partner at HC&G Barristers and Solicitors. He also co-founded landmark ventures including Int’l Verifact, TRACfone (acquired by Carlos Slim), CanCall Cellular, ScreenMD, and Dr. Direct.
